From an elevated view, this was the scene looking north on Washington Street at the traffic on a busy Saturday Christmas shopping afternoon. This 1964 view of the east side of the street, where Woolworths, JC Penney, and Kaaps were located, is now a parking lot for BayLake Bank and surrounding businesses.
