Established in 1921, the Green Bay Press-Gazette Cooking School attracted thousands of women annually. Home economists from the National Live Stock and Meat Board taught the four day sessions. In this July 25, 1956 photograph, women leave the Bay Theater (Meyer Theater) on Washington Street after one of the sessions.
