The station house, firefighters, five trucks and the chief's car appear in this 1929 photograph of Green Bay Fire Department Fire Station #1. The first motorized fire apparatus for the GBFD was acquired in 1916. Following that was the purchase of an American LaFrance engine in 1920 and a motorized ladder truck in 1921.
