Wildlife Sanctuary

This photograph shows the Wildlife Sanctuary’s herd of Japanese Albino deer. The herd was brought in as a new attraction in 1965. The Sanctuary’s goose banding operation also started this year. To date, the Wildlife Sanctuary’s banding program rates as the longest running banding program in the state, collecting over 28 years of data.
