Representatives of the state legislature, student body, university, general contractor, and architect break ground for the new library at UW-Green Bay. Wearing a hardhat, Chancellor Edward Weidner leads the group. Originally named the Library Learning Center, the building was renamed the David A. Cofrin Library in the fall of 1990.
