This photograph shows the interior of Schefe Meat Market in the 1930s. The market was originally located at 616 S. Broadway Street and was owned by F.T. Schefe. The business was later relocated to to 712 S. Broadway Street. F.T. Schefe opened the first Meat Market on the south side of Green Bay in 1888 and was succeeded by his son H.J. Schefe, in 1902.
