Schefe Meat Market
The original meat market, located at 616 South Broadway, was owned and operated by Fred T. Schefe. At the time of this photograph in the 1930s, the market had relocated to 712 South Broadway. The building was razed for construction of the new Mason Street bridge in the 1970s.
