Taken in midsummer 1955, this photograph of downtown Green Bay looks west across the Fox River with the Main Street bridge to the right and Walnut Street bridge to the left. At center is the old City Hall located at 122 North Jefferson. Constructed in 1900-1901, the building was razed in 1956 and the site is now the parking lot for the present day City Hall.
