Construction of Highway 172
In May 1982, heavy equipment moved quickly onto the scene after ceremonies marked the start of construction on Highway 172 from South Webster Avenue in Allouez to I-43 in Bellevue. Equipment from Boulanger Construction Company, Luxemburg, is shown working on the grading contract.
