In 1944, Kathleen ?Tink? Duffy carries a surge milker. There?s no way Kathleen was milking while wearing those shoes! In fact she was a senior at Green Bay East High School, and worked part time at Dehn?s Ice Cream Parlor. Hank Lefebvre hired her as a model and took this photograph at the Green Bay Reformatory to use as part of a promotional campaign for Wisconsin cheese. Photo #18.1988.137
