In the spring of 1965 the H.C. Prange Company (now Younkers) built this annex to their Washington Street location. From the sixth floor of this building, shoppers dining in the Terrace Room had an expansive view of the bay of Green Bay. The building is now scheduled for demolition to make way for the River Center development project.
