Eagles Convention Parade

The city of Green Bay was highly decorated for the Wisconsin Aerie Convention of the Fraternal Order of Eagles (FOE), which was held there on June 21, 1904. Convention events included a parade, shown here rounding the corner of Walnut and Washington Streets. Note the Monroe streetcar on the tracks. 1904 was the year the FOE pushed to establish Mother's Day.
